gk_reservation and gk_contact stopped working with 3.5.1

Hello,
Both plugin stopped working with joomla 3.5.1 update.
The Joomla staff changed something with the way the mailer functions:

Please help and correct your plugins, as it is now impossible to make reservations for our customer!

This happened to me as well. I have just finished a site for one of my customers and plugin gk_contact isn't working. Is there a solution for this?
