Different template options

We installed the template Steakhouse joomla installations using it on two, but on the test works well,

viewing all items, but on the official appearing in part,

as in the enclosed pictures. From the outset we purchased purchased the subscription package for 1 year. If we need to enable some plugins?

This part is working without any plugins. It's strictly loaded from xml file of this template, so if all options cannot be visible I believe something in this file is breaking it.

I've just tried to install steakhouse template on my joomla copy to see and every section is visible. Try simply overwrite it via ftp to get rid of possible corrupted/modified files.
