500 Internal Server Error

Hello, I am trying to run this in a subdirectory so I can work on it without putting down the main site. But it keeps throwing me a 500 Internal Server Error at the installation. I have tried everything, nothing seems to work. At last I tried different template from different source and it works. Could you guys please help me if the quickstart package has some issue or something needs to be changed? Thanks.

Do You mean this error shows when switching to our template ? Can You provide some error log or just error message of what can be happening before that ? Please send me an access to joomla panel.
