Could not instantiate mail function.
this message appeared when I tried to check if contact form works....

I have gone to components -> contacts and there I have wrote the email that I want to receive all the contact form emails....

Any chance to have some help here???

Try configure SMTP in global joomla configuration, it may help, but question is not template related, so You may need to talk to joomla developers or hosting provider as well.
