Cannot upzip/extract quickstart pakage

I tried to extract quickstart package on my site after uploading via cpanel but kept getting the error message below. I asked my host for assistance and they ran into the same problem. Can someone please help.

That might have been the problem with our poor connectivity over here. However, I uploaded the files separately using ftp after unzipping it on my local drive. Thanks!
