How to remove unnecessary spacing?

I have been up trying overrides to delete some of the "white space" in the bottom of modules. How do I remove the extra white space in modules ( bottom 1-Bottom 6) also the header.

Ok. So I believe it's fixed already. What was the solution? Just in case someone else is having this problem.
