Cookie law enabled but don't work

hi, i have enabled cookie law javascript in template configuration tab for steakhouse template but nothing happens. Where is the problem?

I'm afraid the plugin we have been using is not being developed anymore and has been removed from amazon servers. Please disable it and replace with some 3rd party cookie consent plugin: https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... ie-control
