template settings gone after update 3.7.1

Hi,
After update to J 3.7.1. the template settings are gone?
Also the custom css is empty?

Any suggestions....

Did you update your template to latest version? Please clear your Joomla and browser cache and check again.

Yes downloaded the latest and installed.
I already restored some of the css overrides.
Just logged in and settings are visible again
But only the frontpage header is gone...

Any idea how this could happen and how to fix this?

@guissguiss - I can't see see any problem with your template settings. Please disable your cache plugins, clear your browser's cache and check again.
