how to hide hits, print & email ?

(probably I missed something obvious)

How can I hide "hits" + "print" + "email" at the start of an article ?

... in a way that would be persistant even if an upgrade (=not by editing the raw code)

You can change those settings by editing menu items (single items, category listings etc) and setting like hits, print, email and other can be set for them.

Hi Cyberek,
Thanks, I did not now this was managed at Joomla level & not at Template level
Good to level something every day

... so I did it in the global configuration level ... and :
- when i click "Hide" print, it does hide print --> OK
- when i click "Hide" email, it does hide email --> OK
- but when i "Hide" hits, it hides all 3 of them ... it seems that in the template, the both above are as children of hits

?

(basic installation, latest update of Joomla & of writer, no Template modification etc ...)

This is exactly how it was coded - email and print can be displayed only if hits is enabled.
