Links to the next article (com_content navigation)

In all places (com_content global settings, menu settings & article settings) display navigation is on but links to the next/previous article from the same category doesn't showing. How to fix that?

Can You please switch template to a default joomla one and see if this link will be displayed ? I'm not sure, but I think com_content had only a pagination, and the link to next article was in K2 component, but I may be wrong. I have checked the code and cannot see navigation in component file.
