Intro text limit and sidebar menu expansion graphic position

Hi...

I have two problems and feeling a bit lost:

Problem #1 : I am trying to change (increase) the number of words (or characters) shown from the intro text on the default template home page but I can't seem to find where this value is controlled. I've looked in K2 Category and Article layout and in News Show Pro 5 settings under Module Manager mainbody Portfolio.

Problem #2: I need to change the position (lower it) of the graphic the expands the sidebar menu. Where is that controlled?

To increase word number plese edit correct NSP module posted in mainbody position, go to Frontpage Image Overlay - Portal Mode Settings and change Text char limit value.
