cache issue

adding new article ,but image is not showing up ..i think there is an issue with the template ...it could be with the cache ..

Hi,
1) But which cache option? From Template settings or from Global Configuration.
2) Image is not loaded but ALT description stay (you can see) or no image at all?

p.s.
Template can not block images inside articles - it's maddens theory.

Images is showing on articles but not on modules ..used 2 different modules GK and extra slider..
