Titlebar text

I've been searching "all" settings I can find.
At: http://www.tyresoschack.se you can see that the browser says "Writer - Blog Joomla..." while at http://www.tyresoschack.se/administrator it says "Tyresö Schackklubb". I obviously want the browser title bar to say "Tyresö Schackklubb" on both pages (or at least not "Writer - Blog Joomla...").

Where is this setting hiding?

did you checked "Home" menu item, I mean all tabs? there must be somewhere ... all those names are from settings, they are not hard coded.
