captcha not shown in contact

we use cptcha-recaptcha for default captcha..but not show it

you can see captcha information but no the capcha or text field

yes it's looks like broken.
I saw similar problem but it was ages ago.

Please check if you have : Joomla 3.4.3 , Writer Template v3.17+
and settings recapchta plugin (check both v1 and v2)

I think it works...maybe is for the v 2.0 of recaptcha

Yes, v1 is not supported anymore, also by Google I guess.
