Menu grey color taking up ALL screen space

Hi,
when clicking the menu button, the whole screen goes gray to display the menu. Is it possible to have only that portion be gray that is the width of the menu items/text? Meaning for example that the grey color only takes up 50% of the left screen, so that on the right side of the screen you can still see the website (below)?

Please edit: /templates/gk_photo/css/override.css and add at its end:

width: 80%;
}


Now play with 80% to suit your needs.
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
