Header menu

In this template, would it be possible to create a horizontal menu near the top of the page under the logo just for certain interior pages? Probably in position "top".

I've created a menu module that works in all positions but it's just vertical taking up too much space on the page.

Unfortunately the only horizontal menu position is the down main menu. Other horizontal menu implementations needs a custom CSS changes which are beyond of our technical support.
