you always said that we must wait before have a answer. Ok but how your system work ?
I posted a new thread at : Tue Dec 09, 2014 9:09 pm and I have no answer yet.

A user posted a thread at : Wed Dec 10, 2014 11:50 am
And got a answer at : Wed Dec 10, 2014 3:44 pm

So my question is how your system work ?? Are you sure that your system is fair ?

In most cases we are trying to answer in 24h for each question.
But we are only people not machines, so it depends about : day, difficult questions also.
So one GK person can wait 5 minutes and second >20h for answer. GK team is small, we are not facebook.

If you need answer in short time, you have to buy a membership with VIP support.

Hello, yes I know and understand that. Of course we are not robots. And of course if I want answer in short time I'll go to VIP support.

BUT you don't answer to my question !
My question is : how yoursystem work ? And why a new question have a answer when an old one not ?

Your system is not fair, isn't it ?

All moderator have this same view, they see those topics without any answer. And they decide what to choose and when.
About Ticket system, sorry this is not my part, we uses different software for it.
