CSS "Menu" and "Footer"

Hello,
Photo is a great template for Joomla! But I have a little problem. Where can I edit the CSS variables "Menu" and "Footer". I would like to reduce the menu font, and I would like to set footer a little lower.

I hope to publish on the template of my photographic work.
