I can not find the position "copyright" in list, for my copyright Module
in the creation module.

Unfortunately but this template is very stripped down from module positions,
but using tips & hacks you can add more or squeeze more from current ones.

I have a vertical space between the slide and the menu
have you any idea? to make it disappear
as in demo

the slide images are identical in size to the demo
and slide work

Probably you forgot about suffix.
because homepage should have it's own : frontpage no-mainbody
check template settings and fix Suffixes for pages, there must be added this one for default homepage ID
