rest files is not a template package. It contains additional modules, psd files etc. This file should be unzipped on your local machine before any further use of it's content.

hi, I'd love to get a detailed explanation of how to correctly install your Photo tamplate .
What are the three files :
gk_photo_J!3
gk_photo_quickstart_J!3
gk_photo_rest_files_J!3
What should I do with any of them ..
and how can my site look like your demo?
I'm stuck with this setup a lot of time

Its all described in the documentation:
https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... rt-package
https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... r-joomla-3

You simply needs to install quickstart package and treat is as a while Joomla installation package.

Please contact your hosting company support, perhaps you are installing the files in wrong folder?

Sorry but we don't support installation process.
Have you seen all 3 steps of Joomla installation? After that you should see a site with exact content as in demo (except images).
