Format, Contacts & color picker

When I post my own copyright line in special position "copyrights" I still get the color picker - how do I get rid of it?

After I have changed the contact details in quick install I only get the google map and no contacts.

Header - when I display a wide format of the site I get a dot for each pic in the header next/over my site title. When I change the format more square the dots disappear.

color picker can be disabled from template settings.

About contact probably you edited Miscellaneous Information,
by default there should be following code:

of course with yours latitude and longitude
