Change position of photo slider H2 and P text

How would I shift the relative position of the photo slider texts? I tried to find on my own with Firebug but couldn't isolate the code.

I would like to know this too??

ALSO: Is it possible to put a stroke or drop shadow around the text to standout against a light background?
