Why are pictures Blurry?

Hi guys! I'd like to know why are the pictures on projects blurry?

If you're using K2, be sure to set pictures size in item page... was not correctly set for me, size was set to medium & picture was full page width, so of course it was stretching the picture of medium site to full size. hope this helps

But the projects grid is still blurry
