Website not showing on IPADS IOS devices

Client complains their website is not showing up on IPADS. I have run a compatibility test on browserstack.com and found it to be so...

Hello,

I've checked this website on browser stack iPad mini 2 emulator - it works, also on my iPad Air 2 it is working without any problems.
