Custom Google Map Pointer

in current solution ... it will be hard, because it request some code customization.
and we cannot offer such a private solution each time, because we are not customization company we sale ready solutions only - like in "shop".
....but for any php developer who knows how google maps works it should be quite easy.

That's understandable, I wondered if there was an easy-add-pointer solution.
