Which is the module that manages contacts and map ?

Components->Contacts->Contacts.
You select only contact that is available. Map setting are set on "Miscellaneous Information", please disable tinyMCE first.

Did you modify any template files? It looks like default Joomla layout is loaded instead of template override (for contact page).
