QuickStart installation not working

Hello,

I try to install photo on my server using the quickstart package. I did all the configuration and reach the installation summary and all seem to be ok. The installation summary reports that settings are "all green". I then hit install and installation starts. It goes through "removing older db tables" then on to "creating database tables" and ... then... back to the installation summary.

I checked the db and it seems that db tables are created there. Not sure if they are all the tables needed but some are created.

What I could not find is the configuration.php file. It seems that the configuration.php file is not created so the installation is restarted right before that part.

Could you help me troubleshoot that?

Please post here a screenshot of 3rd step "configuration check'.
