Image Show GK4 K2 dubble title

Hello,

On https://www.zhianjo.com/nieuwezhianjocominaanbouw/ (still building) I have one slide yet but in that slide I get the title twice. It is the Image Show GK4 module which is connecting to a K2 article.

I have tried all the possible possibilities like giving one title or switching of the "Show title block" but it keeps coming back and also it doesn't show the Alt text if you fill it in.
