override.css in Photo template

I'm trying to add overrides to the "overrides.css", but that sheet is not connected to the template.

Is it commented out somewhere? I can't find where the styles are loaded, I usually add my own css to the "template.php" file.

Where are styles sheets loaded?

To use override.css You need to enable it first in template configuration. Section "Advanced settings", option "CSS override".
