Widget rules

How can I set a widget rule to display only on Category, but not be displayed in posts from these Categories.

on bottom of the page is a menu I want to be displayed, and I don't want to be displayed this menu in Posts from this Category too.

Try to use Widget Logic simple plugin which allows to add any conditional tag to you widgets:
