Change Login Popup

Hello,
in previous themes of Gavick the login popup position was used in a subject area. Ex: GK Game, Store Front.
I would like to use this way without being over the menu item. How to do?

I managed to get around this by creating a new menu, by setting it on the dashboard and removing the code inside the menu aside and placing it near the position cart.
As in the menu aside, accepts modules, just put a menu module there.
But I wanted something more practical and clean.

Building on the topic, is there any way to duplicate that popup login?
There tutorial or way to study?
It would be interesting to use it for contact form, search module, etc ..

The popup was not prepared to be reproduced - in this case you will have to generalize the CSS IDs to CSS classes and the JS code using it - it is a custom work beyond of our technical support.
