Someone from Russian registered 40+ accounts

Hi!

Someone from Russian registered 40+ accounts on my website.

I have blocked and deleted all the accounts. And turned registration off, because i won't need it in the future.

QEUSTION: Is my website still safe?

TIP: turn of registration if you don't need it!

Hi,
if you have installed K2... you have found guilty component.
You have to disable registration also for K2 and read more about User Manager in K2.

Second tip, add/use stronger recaptcha system

Sure, in general there were simple registered type of user. So if they weren't administrator you don't have to trow your hairs away. Of course in each case I suggest to install extra security plugin or component, each security layer may help.

k2 User profile was already disabled.

Can you recommend any good (free) security plugin? I only found Admin Tools (akebaa)
