use default Joomla ACL system.
It was described probably in each book about Joomla basics.

Most joomla templates bring that system, no quark?
Quark is not a portfolio template? besides shop and restaurant?

I'm not sure about you thought before but you can add login & register link to menu.
Or
publish login module somewhere.

This is what I need Oscar E, modules for section start and privileges, has brought all joomla modules and a site-specific location or position.

I do not see them.

I remember when launched this template (quark) was bringing only menu aside and users requested the traditional menu and had to put it.
Within the template is handling the registration and permits would be absurd to make a Frankenstein with this beautiful template.

so you have to add there manually new module position and publish amodule , for example "Noo Login" or similar.

Customization is not a part of support. As you know , we develop templates not web sites.

The template has the Acces-Register module.
You only seek a location that simple!

I didn't saw saw any new register-login module made by GK in that package.
But yes, GK overridden whole templates\gk_quark\html\com_users with login-registration section

I saw only mod_news_pro_gk5, mod_image_show_gk4 and mod_tabs_gk5
rest are from K2 or VM, if we talk about external, not core, modules.
