Missing mobile menu

Hi,

Our mobile menu is gone. I've tried reinstalling the template. Even like that menu is gone. I've put back our CSS after installation just to get back our style, but menu is gone. What can I do? Also, on tablets, there's a grey bar underneath the logo bar.

I can see it's not even generated. Please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp. I'll see what can be wrong.
