Quark article title disappears

Hi

I am using Quark Restaurant version on a news site.

I have a header position module for the "News" menu. When I open articles the header shows my module message but the article title is missing.

If I turn off the header the title appears where the header was but only with the bright orange background that is in place for "no image"

I want to have the article title show below the header. The bright orange is annoying ... so how to I get the article title to show with a header image.
