popup added to your cart

Hello,

I have installed the quickstart package but my virtuemart product added to your cart popup has a different layout then the one on your demo (img attach).

How can i get your demo layout?

What You see in our demo is an old VM version where HTML for this popup was different and for the newer some changes had to be done. Anyway here: https://www.gavick.com/forums/quark/pop ... up#p259623 I've presented how to make a layout as close as possible for old version.

Ok, thanks for the explanation Teitbite, i follow your instructions in that post and it's done.

Just one minor adjustment needed, when the add to cart button is clicked and the the popup shows, there's a "strange" adjustment of a few pixels from bottom left to top right.

How can i fix that so it get always centred?

When popup shows it's not centered, and it moves from bottom left to top right.

In the attached gif you see this "movement"

Looks like this is coming from fancybox itself. I see positioning values changing dynamically. Please send me an access to ftp, so I'll be able to do more tests. Send it to my mail [email protected]

Thank You, just found it in my mail box, but I'm afraid it's not working for me. I keep getting "Connection failed" or "Timed out" when I try to join, so lets guide You to what to do to test where the problem can be coming from.

Go to FTP and simply rename in /templates/ folder the name of the folder You are using (gk_quark) to _gk_quark

This is disable our template and force joomla to use default template. Than go to url http://beweb.me/cookiesbakery.pt/cookie-bomb and see how the popup, after clicking "Add to cart" behave. If it still have the moving problem than it will mean that the problem is coming from VM scripts and it will need to be reported to their support. If not, than I'll try to do something about it.

Please make sure about the FTP access and send me the correct one.

I did that test, and it works ok with joomla default template.

No problem. Please wait for couple more days with this issue. Programmers are currently working on big Virtuemart update in our templates, so it's possible a fix for that will be included in it already (along with many more fixes from many sections).
