"Under Construction" Page isn't working

I just setup my template on Joomla and a lot of the links are broken. I found another forum post on here for WordPress but it didn't solve my problems. How can I setup that kind of under construction countdown page for my site?

Counter script is in countdown.html file, so all You need to do it to point to that file.
