.svg logo problems

Hello from Balearic Islands:
I have edited the logo.svg with Illustrator CS6 and does not fit the template.

It is a problem with Illustrator CS6 and the way it saves .svg files. CC version doesn't have such issue. I have replied to similar issue before, please check this thread:

Manual modification of final .svg file seems to solve the problem.
