How Install mod_image_show_gk4 in Main Header?

I love this new template, however I wanted to know how to install mod_image_show_gk4 into the main header.

Seems like simple thing - install module and attach it to header position.

Was it really the issue? You are gold boarder which should suggest there is more then meets the eye (with this question)
