Are you plan to built a custom nice looking style for a dedicated Review component ?! ... Because this is the main idea of this template ... so, having a nice looking adapted design for a dedicated Review component will add more value of the implementation.

I'm afraid not. You can use K2 comments for this purpose, this is the supported extension closest to Your need. But please try to use this 3rd party component and I'll try to help with some bigger problems with styling.
