wider parrent menu and header title background

Hi,

I trying to upgrade my website to new template and have two questions:

1) how to make parrent menus positions wider, avoiding text wrapping? (including print screen)

2) It is possible to set red background on the back of titles in the rest of header articles? (second print screen included)

You can set submenu width of all elements in template settings - menu tab - Menu column width parameter. It is by default set to 200px.
