hide image in K2 item

Hi! I use K2 item as a material. upload an image and template uses it in header.
but I want to hide it when I open the item.
in category -> item view options I hide everything and it works, but not about image.
it is up to the template, because image hides in other templates.
tried different advices from topics about other templates, but didn't work.
is there a way to solve it?

I guess you're talking about popup effect on K2 item detail page,

if just image it's K2 feature which was overriden by GK developer, so now request file edition ;(

I need the image to be shown in header on the main page, but when you open the item this image appears before title. I want to hide it there.
