Cache problem

For a week I receive de following error when I vist my site the next morning.
When I visit my website after a few hours I get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8166000 bytes) in /home/verkooph/public_html/www.znieuws.nl/libraries/joomla/cache/controller.php on line 234

Manualy cleaning the cache solves the problem, but after a few hours returns the error. My hosting provider is Siteground.

Problem is solved. I disabled progressive caching.
