Change Blue Circle from Add To Cart to Product Listing

I love this Box template, thank you.
I would like to change the Blue Circle rollover on the frontpage NSP module to link to the Product Listing rather than Add To Cart in order for my visitors to set product options before ordering, can you instruct me how to do this please?
Much appreciated.
