Box installation problems

Hello. I have an error during the installation of gk_box_quickstart_J!3 on my website. Of course the whole message is much more longer. The problem affects many databases, even the new ones. I attach some part of the error in the text version - http://pastebin.com/nCvdvhdX

How can I install the site?

"Unknown collation utf_unicode_ci" ? Looks like mysql version is outdated. Please send me an access to ftp, database and url. I'll install it for You to check why is it happening.
