Menu off center, and dissapears

Hello,
The menu is off center and only shows up on the left when you scroll down? Please help to fix?
I just want the grey menu bar to sit above the imageshow module.

I think I will need a little better explanation. I can see menu has only Home element and it's still in one place even when scrolled.

Instead of disappearing, the menu moves when you scroll down. It shrinks a bit and also drops down.

I just want the menu bar up top to stay at the top of the webpage. Currently it stays on the screen even when you scroll down.

Wasn't it like that at the beginning? Please remove all the style I've suggested to add, since I thought we are trying to make menu stick at the top of the screen whole the time. Than in template settings disable ficed menu option.
