Cart layout issues

First of all, you guys did a great job with this modern and clean template! But I have an issue with the cart layout ( Here is a screenshot: http://prnt.sc/e7niuu ).
In addition, how to enable coockies banner? ( it set to Enabled ) what else I should do?

Cookie plugin we have been using does not exists anymore, so You will need to replace it with some 3rd paryt plugin: https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... e-control/

For cart can You please tell me what browser are You looking it in and what have You done to see it like that ? I'm visiting Your site, but everything is ok.
