Defaut image when there is no image in article

Hi
I follow this guide to setup the default image when the article doesn't have any image ( News Show Pro GK4 shows only article with title+description without any image)

It says:
All thumbnails are stored in a module cache/ catalog. Additionally, if a given article does not have images, default images default.MOD_ID.png from default/ catalog can be loaded, where MOD_ID is an ID of our module, e.g. newsprol.

I have upload the image default.newspro009.png
to : modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/cache/default
But it doesn't work.
Pls let me know if that is the correct way to setup default image, what was I doing wrong?

Try following.

If module id is newspro009

If module id is set to auto then it will be the id of module together with nsp_. You can see this if you check your modules html with firebug or in page source or following modules id in module manager list.
Example if module id is 589.

Also, the News Show Pro Gk5 documentation doesn't mention anything about this feature. I think you should add it, too

No problem at all, yes I have reported this to developers and should be updated. Documentation is correct however there was a small bug when creating the filename in the code. ( Missing dot "." before default ).
