bigger thumbnails

Hello, i'm using portal mode - news gallery, and want to have bigger thumbnails, so I went to Thumbnails tab and made change. Lets say width is now 320 and height 240. area is bigger but images are just the way they were. How to change them too?

Also how to make title of aricle always visible?

Maybe you are still see cached thumbnails? Please set time for 0 to recreate thumbnails.

Yes that was cache, sorry, rookie mistake. Can you help me with titles? I want them to be always visible, now they're sliding from bottom of image.
