Hello guys,
I am having a problem with the mod_news_pro_gk4 I am using on my site http://www.bookreadmagazine.com/
As you can see, I am using the module like in the demo: two images on the left, links on the right.
It looks fine but the problem is one and easy: When I update the site, the news you see on the left column (the one with the two photos) doesn't go on the right (the title list). Now, I am using two categories because if I use only one, the left list desapear...
I want to use only a category to show there and I would like let "older" news move on the left list column once I update a new news.
I hope I have been clean...
Can anyone say me where I wrong?
Thanks

What kind of sort order you use in News Show Pro? By date? If yes, please make sure that with this amount of articles and links the news should be visible in links area.

Yes, by date. I didn't well understand what you mean. The fact is it: I am forced to put there two categories because if I put only one (the one I would like to use), the right side list stay blank.

Because maybe there is no sufficient articles in one category? How many articles this category contains?

There are 4 articles in the section. So 2 will appear on the article side (the two with photo) and other 2 should be in the link side (but no, they doesn't appear...).
I wish I could send you a jpeg, but I don't know how

The amount of main articles is set to '2'? Could you show me screenshot with your configuration?

I am trying to attach the screen shot: it's pretty big.
But, anyway, no: I used the standard configuration (the one I had from Gavick's office). That's why I can't find my mistake: i checked and checked again.

Recensioni (9 Active / 0 Trashed)
Ultime Notizie (4 Active / 0 Trashed)

So 2 of them (ultime notizie) should appear in link side. But not... it is the problem. All seem correct and I don't understand why the Ultime Notizie category doesn't appear in link side...

Ok, could you show me Links settings? In article layout you have 3 pages * 2 colums * 1 row which means that 6 articles are used as a source for articles. If you have 13 articles there is still 7 to use as a links.

I solved the problem and this was easier than it seemed. I had to change 3 pages into 1 because the articles was there but they remained hidden. Changing it, I solved.

Speaking about the template "Music," is it possible put two modules in HEADER, side by side? I don't like to keep a single module that takes the entire pageand I would like to put a section on the right and one to the left.

This is possible only with custom modifications in this area. Basically it is necessary to divide existing position in to two header-left and header-right but without base CSS knowledge it will be not so easy.

Sorry but this change is related with several template modifications and adding a custom styles - this kind of customizations are beyond our support.
